Liked: Great location, nice room, friendly staff
Disliked: Limited facilities due to great location on Duval Street.

Friendly staff, lovely room, convenient...

Liked: The breakfast was great! It was better than 99% of free breakfasts' provided as a part of a hotel stay.
Disliked: Would have like a bigger pool but we were so busy in the area we probably wouldn't have used it anyway.

Liked: Room was beautifully appointed. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Pool area is small but stunningly beautiful. Sun deck offers great views. Breakfast was excellent - included choices are limited but all very good.

Liked: The room itself was positioned well and the bedding was amazing.Evening food was lovely and very well presented.Entertainment was fab at night.
Disliked: 1. The rooma) The shower took 10 mins to heat upb) the floor was like a ice rink when wetc) Lack of privacy as facing the pool and main dining area plus staff were consistently walking past to get stuff from store rooms I assume.d) Paid for BnB but very limited choice and informed that anything different would be chargeable. Plus suggested $3 tip per plate - why we have paid a lot for this property and to get no real options (fruit or an omelette) and given a pot of coffee to serve ourselves no idea why we had to tip and made to feel like we had to. Just pay your staff enough we do not have to pay breakfast staff in the UK with a tip for just doing there job!

Liked: Location and outdoor area. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Music until midnight. Rooms are not consistent with price point.

Liked: We love everything! Adrianna was our favorite, she made each morning special by having coffee ready for us to take back to our room! Coffee on the roof deck was beautiful as well! Can’t wait to go back!
Disliked: More choices for breakfast

No sleep due to loud...

Disliked: Too loud. Could not sleep. Music & guests from restaurant & bar could be heard in room until at least 11 pm. Walls thin & could hear guests next door all night. Got minimal sleep. It’s a party hotel & not for sleep.
