La Suite West - Hyde Park

Quite uncomfortable stay in good...

Liked: The location was very good, close to several public transport stops, also cafes, restaurants, or Kensington Gardens. They let us know through WhatsApp when our room was ready, so we were able to check in about an hour before the official check in time, which was nice.
Disliked: Our room had no possibility to open a window, and always when we came back to the room, there was unpleasant smell (as you can expect from poorly ventilated places). Also the rug that covered the whole floor did not look very clean. What made the stay quite uncomfortable is the bed, which was a bit too small to comfortably fit two adults. And there was this noise either from refrigerator or air conditioning which at times sounded like train passing by, often waking us up at night. For the money we paid, I expected more.

Perfect location and amazing staff

Liked: Went for BST Hyde park and was absolutely perfect! Walk from Paddington station to the hotel then walk to Hyde park, no sweaty tube rides required! The room was perfect and staff were absolutely amazing. Would recommend and would stay here again :)

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: Rooms vary quite a bit. Don’t pick the ground floor - you can hear each subway train passing, even with ear plugs. After the first night, I asked for a change and was asked to pack up my things and the team would take care. Coming back late night nothing had been done. Upon questioning I got conflicting messages why not. After the third night and asking again and again, I gave up in light of the lack of responsiveness. Breakfast options are very sad.
