Disliked: Charging a fee for early check in when room was ready and just wanted to shower and drop bags. Everything looks a little worn down and the room is super tiny. The thermostats don’t work and we were way too hot. Had to open the windows. You also hear the trains or tube running underneath the hotel.

Liked: Great location, very close to the train/metro, fantastic restaurant options and convenience store/pharmacy right around the corner.The staff were very friendly and accommodated our early check in request.
Disliked: Our room was in the basement - it was marked as LG, but clearly it wasn’t - no window view, it was blurred out. I think this should have been clearly indicated, if we were to spend more time in the room, it would have been an issue.The breakfast experience wasn’t pleasant, the area was packed with guests and the food variety wasn’t great. Because of the number of people at such a short window frame, it didn’t feel clean enough either.We requested for a kid meal to be warmed up (microwaved) around 8pm and we were told this wasn’t possible. We thought this was strange for a 4 star facility.

Liked: Excellent location, very close to restaurants and cafés. Less than a minute walk to Bayswater Station and around five minutes to another station. It’s also close to many popular stations. The staff were great, especially the receptionist Jehad—she spoke Arabic fluently and was very helpful.There’s a bidet spray in the bathroom, but not in all rooms, so make sure to request it when booking.
Disliked: The breakfast lacks variety—only a few sweet options, tea and coffee are available, but no eggs, limited cheese selection, and very little fruits and vegetables.Also, the layout of the hotel is a bit odd. There are stairs in unexpected places, like right after opening a door. So, if you have a stroller or mobility concerns, make sure to request a room with easy access and no stairs in advance.

Disliked: Breakfast could have had a hot buffet but variety was still sufficient. Beds were not that comfortable.Train noise a bit annoying at night.
