Disliked: The housekeeping supervisor needs to be trained how to deal with customers. I don't think she knows what is good for businesses.

Liked: Was greeted upon arrival by an exceptional front desk worker by the name of G G. She was extremely courteous & very helpful in getting us checked in, especially since we arrived late & we're quite tired.I give her 15 stars out of 10Our room was emaculate & quite roomy

Really Poor Breakfast, Not Efficient...

Liked: The Hotel and The Rooms very Nice , Gigi was the best ! ….
Disliked: Always the same breakfast ! ( I stayed 8 days and they always served “ Burguers , Eggs and Pancakes” and I didn’t pay an small amount of money , The Clean Servíce didn’t grab the trash daily they grab it really often , Also they didn’t clean the floor in my room , they only made your bed ! ..

Liked: It was close enough to NSU
Disliked: The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The room was hot even though the air was as low as we could set it. And the elevator right outside our door was not working so we had to walk down the whole hallway to get to the working elevator.
