The staff were the best...

Liked: Breakfast was just ok. Staff were cordial and the building was very clean.
Disliked: Hot breakfast choices would have been good.

Liked: reliable. Breakfast was well done and well stocked.
Disliked: The room itself has too many lights that stay illuminated all night long (and even blink) that makes sleeping difficult for people who need a dark room.

Not pleasant.

Liked: Breakfast was just basic one.
Disliked: Cleanliness. The bedsheet seems old, crumpled and felt like was not changed from last customer. there were lint all over the toilet paper holder, tissue paper holder etc. This is basic cleaning that is expected.

Exceptional

Liked: The entire staff was exceptionally kind! They were all very helpful, and were able to manage the massive amount of client traffic due to the eclipse without ever missing a beat! The building was very clean, the rooms were very clean, and breakfast was enjoyed by all. The staff member that was taking care of the entire breakfast area was amazing! She made sure everything stayed full, hot, and clean in spite of many clients not understanding how to use any of the three trash cans in the food area.

Liked: We travel a lot, especially around Tennessee and the surrounding area, for competition dance. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at overall. The staff was amazing, rooms were large and well laid out, and the facilities were clean and up to expectations.
Disliked: This is if I am being completely nit picky, but to me the eggs at breakfast were a little undercooked, but that is all a matter of personal preference. lol. It was a solid hot breakfast for a hotel with plenty of choices.
