Decent place for the price.

Liked: Inexpensive, decent breakfast. Located near my grandparents and conveniently next door to an Enterprise. Nice little pool out back.
Disliked: Rooms not sound proof, I could hear our neighbors like they were in our room. They needed to take the garbage out in the pool area for days. Hassled us about getting towels for the pool because we hadn’t returned ours, yet there was no pool towel bin. Exit door was very hard to get open if I used the stairs, had to kick it open.

Its overpriced because the property is old and dirty.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The location wasnt safe. Homeless people around. It had a weird smell. The tub and toilet was stained. Overall it didnt feel clean so I cancelled my stay.

Liked: Location, its a newer build, friendly staff, breakfast was good
Disliked: Only negatives are parking is tight and there is a light, odd smell of something in the room you just cant put your finger on. Pet fee 0f $25 a day; max of $75.
