La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tampa-Near Busch Gardens

Comfortable Inn. They have to upgrade/replace phone system.

Liked: Conveniently close to Skippers Smokehouse.
Disliked: Phone did not work. It was dead.

Disliked: I thank you guys can use some new beds the ones in my room was sort of old and dented and I kept falling in the middle of the hole

Perfect Pre Cruise Crash spot!

Liked: Older property but they had tried to make it clean and welcoming. Pool was very nice and clean and the semi covered pergola was a nice touch.
Disliked: Elevators were sketchy and one actually broke right after we used it and we had just said “if we get out, not getting back in!”

Disliked: We had so many issues, air conditioning wasn’t working so they sent someone up there and didn’t continue for hours until it was better. I had no soap in the room and had to argue to get soap. Then the hair dryer was smoking, I had to back down to get another one. That issue wasn’t fixed. I told the manager I had a unpleasant experience and she said you’ve been here 2 days and your just saying something? I said no, I’ve been down here multiple times. Then she started getting really defensive and had a big attitude. At that point, I was like I’m not staying here anymore
