Liked: Check in and check out was easy.
Disliked: It smelled.

Liked: The staff was helpful and very nice. I have been to a lot of hotels, but this one is by far the best. Every staff member is friendly. All of them. I always enjoy my stay. The manager there is excellent and deserves a raise in my opinion.
Disliked: No issues whatsoever. There is nothing I didn't like.

Liked: the location is great, and the airport shuttle timely.
Disliked: I paid using Booking.Com. when I checked in, they wanted a credit card “in case of” added expenses. I had no added expenses, but they charged me an additional $2.86 for using a credit card for the “in case of.” I had to call to get that charge cleared. Also, there was no closet, no hanging rack, no place to hang clothes.
