Liked: Location to where we needed to be
Disliked: Housekeeping not very good, had to constantly go get towels to take a shower. No towels at the pool. Air conditioner had a hard time running.

Gross.

Disliked: This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The check in counter was even gross looking. Dirt in all corners - pull out couches with visible staining. Just gross.

Extremely overpriced for the quality...

Liked: Upon arrival; the parking lot is in EXTREMELY bad condition. Almost popped a tire while driving through due to all the pot holes. While checking in. Had to wait almost 30 minutes for 2 employees to figure out the customer in-front of me. Room was decent, but the bathroom was extremely dirty. Hair all over the bathtub. Only 1 shower curtain and no liner, which caused the bathroom floor to become soaked. Only soap in the bathroom was a travel size bottle of body lotion. Convenient location if you are visiting for something at MetLife. But rooms are extremely overpriced based off my experience.
Disliked: Customer service, room condition, property conditions.

This depressingly rundown hotel made...

Liked: Staff was nice and understanding.
Disliked: I was misled by the pictures into thinking this was a decent hotel. It is rundown and dirty: there simply was no desk and chair in our suite; the foldout bed was filthy and we were unable to use it; the walls and furniture were scuffed, scraped, and dirty; there was no place to put things in the bathroom, no counter, no furniture; a weird broken outlet cover, a dangling shower rod, half eaten candy on the floor, a pimple bandage stuck to the bathroom wall. It was gross and the only consolation was that we spent little time there.
