Never stay here, comfort is...

Liked: we checked in and out
Disliked: It was 90 degrees outside and the Air Conditioning did not work. I went down to the front desk, called the front desk, texted the front desk and ultimately spoke to the manager who promised to call me back on the following day. They eventually brought up a fan from 1975 and that was what the solution was. There was no adjustment on the bill and they never sent up any mechanical assistance. Do not stay here. We went to the meadowlands and there are a lot of hotels to stay in the area other than this.

Liked: Nothing. The pictures are very deceiving. The rooms are dilapidated and in lack of maintenance. They are also understaffed to resolve issues.
Disliked: Everything. The area looks unsafe, feels unsafe. Poorly maintained, building facia is peeling off. No hallway a/c. Room a/c was rattling. Safety chain on door was poorly installed and the door appears recently broken into and poorly repaired. When I asked the front desk to please take care of it, I was told they would try to take a look at it later. This place is definitely poorly maintained and managed.

Disliked: Everything was tolerable, but the one thing I cannot get over is the disgusting shower. I wish I took a picture to show you.

Disliked: The first room that I went into it was water leaking from the ceiling. Then they switched me to another room. The second room had no washcloths, and then also housekeeping never came.
