Overall we had a wonderful...

Liked: Everything was within walking distance therefore the hotel location was perfect. We didn't eat breakfast because it was served too early. We truly enjoyed walking to downtown, boardwalk and the pier from the hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast time needs to change to a later time because it was too early for some of us coming there for vacation. There was a lot to see and things to do therefore some people like to sleep in a little before breakfast.

Disliked: Small breakfast area and lack of seating. Breakfast should run until 10 not 9 as this is a holiday hotel and not a business hotel.Taxes and parking increased the original price by around 50%...it would be good to have an indication of these prices so there are no surprises.

Liked: Scent was nice, beds were ok, access was easy. On site parking is helpful. Secured property which is good for the location. Breakfast included.
Disliked: Didn't have a hot tub, just a small pool. Paid extra for an ocean view and it wasn't an ocean view. Buildings were blocking the view. Charged extra for parking. Breakfast was so-so and unattended. No bathtub in room. Rooms were not sound proof. Housekeeping came into the room when there was clearly a do not disturb sign on the door and we had indicated that we weren't checking out until later. Not cool.

Not worth the money!

Disliked: Extra $25.00 a night to park my car and the beds were lumpy
