No shuttle?!?

Liked: Nice staff, specially the manager who took us to the airport becourse there was no shuttle in the afternoon.
Disliked: I think it is really unacceptable to have an airport hotel that has no shuttle service in the afternoon.

Would

Liked: The front desk staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. I am a nurse and paramedic and Wyndham gives a first responder discount but there was an issue applying it (which was my fault). Jessica at the front desk went above and beyond to help me be able to use it and asked the manager to get it taken care of which did happen. We even got upgraded to a King suite which was beyond helpful when you have 4 people. The pool and hot tub felt great and the place was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good too with lots of options for all diet types.
Disliked: Nothing!

Pet rate transparency would be...

Liked: Nice clean rooms, close to restaurants
Disliked: Misinformation on website Q&A and early check in. Q&A stated no pet fee. Early check in stated $25 pet fee. At the desk was $25 for dogs and $50 for cats. As I had a cat during my cross country move, this was not received well.

Other than the soap issue,...

Liked: Size of room. Use of handicap shower
Disliked: Tiny, teeny bath soap.

Liked: Great customer service, quiet room, great facilities.
Disliked: Lots of bugs outside, drawback of being near Great Salt Lake in summer.

Liked: Very comfortable room, awesome breakfast, great staff
Disliked: Our AC did not work so our room was nice and toasty with the 4 of us in there lol but beds were still very comfortable!
