Disliked: Breakfast was very limited and there were techs working on breakfast area on something that could have waited.

Hotel was clean and comfortable

Liked: Very friendly desk staff. The night I arrived and the morning I left. However I was appalled at the extra $70 to park while flying. This was never mentioned on your website. It’s a deal breaker for me in the future. Really pleased with the facility but not cost of leaving my car.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was nice but my remote did not work. It was not clean the tub would not drain properly while showering

Pleasantly surprised and better than...

Liked: Check in was easy and front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Bed was large, comfortable, and clean. USB and extra plugs were great. Really liked the dove soap bottles. The complimentary shuttle was great.
Disliked: Shower was dirty and smelled. At breakfast a staff member was intently watching everyone with a really ugly look on his face - really rude guy. Facilities were a little rundown (hallways, elevator, vending machines), but the room was good. Wish some water bottles were provided even if they are just little ones.

Good stay

Liked: Very good for the price. The hotel is little outdated but that's irrelevant Loved that we could take a shuttle to the airport however, the shuttle was 10 minutes late and it had to stop at another hotel for pick up so keep that in mind when choosing your pick up time. The breakfast serves from 4am. Very basic breakfast in my opinion, i only had a waffle, the eggs and sausage did not look appealing.There were plenty of restaurants close by for dinner the prior night. Overall it's a okay hotel for the one night.
