Liked: Nice location. Very close to the beach, food, and shopping.
Disliked: When we arrived the room was visibly dirty. I called down to the front desk to request it be cleaned. Housekeeping came one time in a 4 day stay to ask if we needed anything and only gave us towels never came in to clean. We had to go to the desk for towels the other days. Garbages not taken out. We had to and leave it in the hallways. The excuse for the dirty linens was they were stained and they don’t change it all each time which I find ridiculous. I had to request all new linens which were clean and stain free. I called before we arrived to see if there was early check in the male worker told me there could be and to call back around 10:30am. I did and the female that answered the phone said there’s no early check in and she told me that earlier, which she did not I never spoke to her. She was rude and did not make a good impression on us before we even arrived.

Liked: It was clean and neat
Disliked: The customer service was poor, the breakfast was very underwhelming with limited options, and the room lacked basic accommodations like a safe, extra blankets and only 2 towels.

Comfortable and close to the...

Liked: The properties location was incredible. We was a little apprehensive at first as we knew it wasn’t directly where the boardwalk etc would be. But to be honest, we wanted a beach, pool and a couple of options for restaurants- so this was perfect. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach, which was so pretty. Perfect for our little family getaway We also really enjoyed the pool. Even thought we didn’t spend the full day there, it was great to have a couple of hours there after a day out.
Disliked: The WiFi was awful. The only place we seems to get a consistent stable connection would be in the reception area. We understand this might not have been the same for all guests, but it was certainly the case for us. Second thing was the bathroom - there was no plug for the bath which wasn’t ideal for our toddler who we needed to bath. They did give us an option to change room, but this was only because they couldn’t find a spare plug for our tub. Which means not all of the bathrooms are equipped. Lastly, the breakfast wasn’t great. Don’t get me wrong, it would feed you if you were hungry and there were plenty of families/ guests eating. But after the first morning, we chose not to eat there for breakfast.

Liked: The hotel is cheap and aesthetically looks nice.
Disliked: The breakfast is lacking, there was a $100 fee that still hasn’t been returned to my card, the air conditioning needs updating and the sink leaked. We would stay again due to the location.

Disliked: Small Roach in the bathroom and tiny ants on the floor near the refrigerator.
