Liked: Great Staff, Great location for our plans, Great Breakfast. Bed was comfortable
Disliked: The Room was dirty, floors not vaccumed or washed, walls needed washing there was old drips of something on them

Big Mistake

Disliked: We arrived 2 1/2 hours early. The room was ready and available, but They wanted to charge us $45 early check-in fee. So we waited for 2 1/2 hours to check in. The Rooms carpet was dirty and smelled musty. The bathroom was the size of a closet. There was no coffee or tea with the coffee machine in the room only decaf. The top blanket on the bed had dried blood stains, the comforter underneath that had other stains. We use the blanket from the closet.

Disliked: Beds was little hard.

Disliked: I would have love to have my bed change every other day.

4-night stay in Lynchburg

Liked: The included breakfast was tasty and with enough variation to cater for difference in preference. The gym and the laundry were convenient amenities to have.
Disliked: No crockery or cutlery was available to use despite having a microwave in the room. Also no kettle for boiling water - only a coffee machine. Only one elevator was in operation during the very busy 4-day period.

Very good!

Liked: Staff is always super friendly and if there is a problem in the room the maintenance staff fixes it almost immediately!
