Disliked: I dislike the fact that they said this is non smoking hotel pull up cigarette butts everywhere outside the building has a very strong foul odor on the floors. I went to as if the carpet needed cleaning and my restroom wasn’t clean. I didn’t have any towels nor did I have an iron to iron my clothes with, went to the front to speak with the worker that was on shift and he told me that I would have to wait till the next day to take a shower. I have a big problem. I should be able to take a shower once I arrive go out for meeting and come back and take another shower, but I don’t have any towels because they say they don’t know what’s happening to their house, but you accepted my money. I just went purchase my own towels These rooms were not set up completely with everything in them that should be in there. apparently the housekeeping people didn’t fix the bed because nobody slept in it, but I always strip my covers when I go and check them I wouldn’t recommend your hotel to anyone unless it’s better improvement, too much money being spent to have to deal with complaining the entire time that I’m there
