Liked: I liked your swimming pool, the breakfast, how kind the staff was, the beds were comfy, the room was spacious and cool, everything smelt nice and clean, was safe, TV worked
Disliked: There was some minor details like the ceiling was cracked, looks like a lot of small details maintenance

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: The location to Hershey Park was perfect! The breakfast, although the same every day, was very good. Their coffee was excellent!!!
Disliked: The hot tub was not working.

Liked: Staff was friendly. Worked very hard. Breakfast staff was definitely hustling. There was a lot of people and not enough food.
Disliked: There was hair in our shower upon arrival. All 3 of the rooms we booked didn’t have a shower liner and 2/3 had sticky tile floors. The room on the first floor had a terrible smell in hallway. We thought it was from the pool but then found out when we headed down that the pool was broken and not able to use. There was not enough food variety and there was a lot of people - someone told me the hotel was full. Our biggest concern was that we book 3 rooms, 9 people and 3 people in each room. We only have a king size bed for 3 people in each room. I swore there was a pull out couch, but how could there not be with 3 people in each room. How is that safe or up to code.
