Liked: Breakfast was good. Eating area was clean.Location of our room was ideal for 2adults and 2 grandchildren. Itwas very quiet.Ladies at the main desk were very friendly and helpful.

All in all good stay

Liked: Nice hotel. Last minute booking. Very accommodating. Breakfast was decent. We did not use any other services.
Disliked: The pool was a shade of green walking by.

Disliked: there was hair on the headboard,hair on the shower wall,hair on the bathroom floor,the refrigerator did not work and there was a beg in the bed,not sure if it was a bedbug are not and ask them about a refund and they keep telling me the manager is not working he will call me back been just about a week havent hear anything.

Liked: Staff members were very happy and kind. Location was good in approximate to Hershey Park.
Disliked: We had no towels per the 3 night rule but I had asked for new and didn’t get any. Ended up using tissue s for toilet paper because we ran out.
