For one night, it did...

Liked: The location & price was acceptable for what you get.
Disliked: Weird smells, humid rooms, outdated & not very clean. Could see stains on towels, sheets, etc.

Liked: Nice hotel comfy bed love that they use body wash (dove) and not just bar soap.
