Liked: Affordable. Shower very nice. Staff nice
Disliked: Room was not clean. Crumbs/dirt on floor. Unknown hairs in bathtub. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Rooms not cleaned while we stayed there. Pool was under maintenance and opened up the day we were leaving. Food was mediocre. Breakfast could have had more options

Liked: Absolutely nothing!!! Hotel Hell!
Disliked: Waited at the desk for 10 mins to check in while the desk clerk was on his phone with ear buds in. The room looked okay when we walked in however, the beds were falling apart, the rooms were so hot and ofcourse the AC hardly worked our room stayed at 75 most of the stay! The shower floor har hair in it, the sink was gross, I wiped it out and the dirty around it was disgusting, the hair dryer was smashed and didn't work, the microwave hardly heated food, blankets and sheets were disgusting, thankfully we brought our own. We booked for the indoor pool thinking we would be able to relax some! What a joke! The rule is kids 12 and under must be supervised, yeah that's false! The pool was loaded with kids hitting each other with pool noodles, throwing and hitting each other, the pool was littered with ripped up pool noddles and a ton of toys, the outside had so much garbage and no towels, the downstairs and lobby floor were SOAKED, I ended up falling into the wall because I slipped no wet floor sign. Myself along with 3 other adults one adult having a 1 year old complained about the kids, the manager walked back looked and shrug his shoulders and walked away, another young man working went back and yelled and they stopped for about 10 mins. My daughter who is 7 months pregnant was mopping the floor because the Dad carrying his little one almost fell! Breakfast was a joke!!! Bagels so hard I could bang them on the table, 5 young kids who were 6 and 7 with NO parent around were making 5 waffles at a time it took me and my daughter a hour to get a waffle because of this! Mind you the waffle iron says no one understands 12 is permitted to use, however the manger didn't care, he is lucky a child didn't get burnt! This hotel clearly has rules for no reason!I was not the only one complaining about the rooms, breakfast and the many young kids acting horrible without supervision! I've stayed a dozen of hotels and this was horrible!!!

Disliked: Horrible avoid at all cost. We got the kind bed with pull out sofa kids thought it be fun to sleep on one. Well picture says it all with all the stains on the bed. Tried taking a shower but towels had stains also. Lights kept flickering and fixtures loose. This place is junk.

Wasn’t completely horrible

Liked: The staff was friendly and the breakfast wasn’t bad. Showers were super hot.
Disliked: Wasn’t super clean, mini fridge didn’t get cold at all. Didn’t like getting 3 bottles of lotion and only 1 bottle of shampoo.

Liked: Staff did not care after I informed them I our room had cockroaches.
Disliked: There was multiple bugs in our room but we left when we saw a cockroach
