Very poor

Liked: The on-site staff were great, especially the young lady at the front desk. She was kind, patient, and understanding. Otherwise, at least I got to stay in a room and not in my car.
Disliked: The price was absolutely outrageous, immensely up-charged because of the eclipse. I booked about six months ago too make sure to get a room during the eclipse, and with such a busy time I was expecting some degree of up-charge, but $1800 for two nights at this location was insane. I've stayed at other La Quinta locations that I would've been happy to pay that much for. Here, the room was small with cracked plaster walls, stained carpeting, uncomfortable beds, and a tiny bathroom where it was so cramped you had to nearly stand in the tub to close the door.
