Guest services needs customer service training. Guests entering the hotel or exiting should always be greeted.

Disliked: Staff very unfriendly.

It served its purpose

Liked: Nice easy to get to, inside swimming pool
Disliked: Staff was not that friendly when we checked in

Liked: Loved having such a spacious room! Very nice bed and loved the double entrance bathroom
Disliked: The lighting in the bedroom was weird

Liked: This is my favorite hotel to stay whenever I’m in Desoto, it’s clean and my kids enjoy the indoor pool and breakfast!
