Passable

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: We weren't able to take a warm. We were told water heaters were out around 7:30 and both of us had to shower with cold water because we had to try to sleep early. Finally had a knock at the door after 11 pm with them saying the warm water was back up.

I will never stay in...

Liked: The breakfast was fine, and the water dispenser in the lobby was useful.
Disliked: The check in experience was horrendously long. I worked as a front desk agent before, so I know it should not have taken nearly 15 minutes to take information from my ID and give me my room keys. After a long drive, that was not what I was anticipating. I’ve also worked in housekeeping, and there were many things missed when cleaning the room. There was a long hair right in the middle of the bathtub. There was also a dead bug in our mini fridge. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and we were placed next to the most annoying dog that barked nonstop. Overall we were very disappointed by our experience.

Good hotel, wonderful location.

Liked: Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The jacuzzi was cold, but not labeled as broken. We could hear our neighbors, something so loud happened upstairs it woke us up in the night.

Disappointing

Disliked: Evening staff not at desk to check me in or help with issue after I checked in. Dead roach in my room, 2 in lobby dining area. Sticky mess on the desk in the room.

hotel is nasty

Liked: honestly just the lady working the front desk she was helpful.
Disliked: once I walked in the building it smelt like mildew, once going into our hotel room it had a very bad odor of bleach/ mildew and the elevator was very dirty it smelt and all the walls look liked they haven’t been wiped in months. worse experience I’ve ever had staying at any hotel and it’s expensive for it being so nasty!! $320 for 2 nights
