Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful, check-in process was easy, rooms had all the basic necessities, location was easy to find, thermostat was adjustable.
Disliked: Breakfast options were quite limited, everything came in single-serve packaging, both room and breakfast area could have been a bit cleaner.

It started off good.

Liked: The hot tub was awesome. Pool was exceptional.
Disliked: The tubular desk lamp didn't work. Remote control had weak batteries and was frustrating to use. HBO was in Spanish and could not be changed!

Liked: The staff was really great! They went above and beyond. Best part of the stay.
Disliked: The facilities could have been cleaner in the swimming area. There was a wrestling team that was very loud staying. Also the bathroom could have been set up better.
