Liked: The room was pretty clean, and the bathroom of my room looked like it was renovated recently, so it was pretty nice. Water and fruits were available when we came, that detail is very nice. Pool was nice and open late, something we loved.
Disliked: A little more cleaning will be nice. Especially the floors, but it wasn't that bad.

Disliked: Our room did not have a chair. We borrowed one from the dining room

Liked: The beds were comfortable. Hotel was clean but stains on bedding.
Disliked: The frame on my bed collapsed as soon as I sat on it. Air conditioning had a strange sound. Stingy on towels. No washcloths were given. Had to go to another floor for ice. Snack and drink selection for sale was disappointing. Pool had a health department warning listed on door. Drunks in hot tub and very loud late at night in halls. You can hear every step taken in the room above you. Stains on bedding and pillow smelled musty.

Liked: The improvements. Looking a lot better than the last time I stayed here. Wasn't sure I wanted to stay here again, decided to try here again and this time everything was great. Will definitely stay here every time I come to Cincinnati. Which is about 10 times a year
Disliked: Check in was asked if I could take two queen beds instead of a king because they were overbooked. Told them no that booking.com had so many rooms available to them and that's what I booked.
