Great location and clean, inviting...

Liked: Nice location. Quiet rooms. Mostly a very positive stay. My only issue is that the maid service never came into my room. They did not change the towels, make the bed, or even collect the trash. I saw room room cleaners in the hallways both days, and I intentionally removed the "Do not disturb" sign from my door, thinking they would go in and clean a bit. I was out basically all day each day. No one ever checked on my trash, towels, etc... This was pretty disappointing. As a second concern, the breakfast was pretty lame. White bread and white bagels, the same old same old... Could definitely use some improvement. You have a great location and a nice facility. The customer service - especially room care - needs to help.
Disliked: Same as above. Clean the rooms or at least empty the trash! Diversify the breakfast offerings a little more.

Liked: Did not get any we had to be at airport
Disliked: No coffee for early check out..staff were not very professional

Disliked: Fitness center was under repair/construction and still had an industrial vacuum cleaner out. Insufficient auxiliary items for other exercises not with a machine.Check out time was 11:00 and they would only give me an extra 1/2 hour without a charge.
