Mostly good
Liked: Breakfast was nice. The bed was comfy. The staff was nice. It was nice having a snack area for snacks and drinks.
Disliked: The TV glitched constantly. Bad signal? Bad connection? And the handicap room did not have the handicap tub put together so the shower was inaccessible. My daughter didn't want to be a "pain", so she didn't ask for help. I think it should've been in place, ready to use.

Disliked: The room was dirty, the tub, the box spring had tears and stains the sink vanity was badly stained. The thermostat on the wall was broken. The hall outside our room was noisy every time someone came in and out the door banged and it caused our door to bang. a ton of beer bottles just outside the door. would not stay again.

Very poor experience.
Liked: The shampoo was nice and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The elevator was broken. The lock to our door was broken so it took us at least 5 minutes to get into the room each time. The building itself was poorly maintained and the staff didnt seem to care about anything. There was a false fire alarm at 8 at night where people were going outside just to get away from the noise. 5 fire trucks showed up just to have to leave shortly after. Our room was only cleaned once during our stay so we did get clean towels once. The lighting in the rooms were horrible and the breakfast was sub par even for a continental breakfast. This is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. We will never go back.

Disliked: Elevator is not working, we had to use the stairs to 5th floor with our large luggages. When we asked for an additional towels, we had to pick it up on front desk, no ones is available to bring it to our room.Hallway smells like cigarette.The room that was initially given to us, the sink and bathtub is clogged, takes time for water to drain. We had to request to transfer to a different roomFront desk doesn’t care at all.

Disliked: Elevator was broken the entire stay, the secured doors were unlocked the entire time. Guest were vaping/smoking in the hallway
