5 stars. Best lodging place I've been to for a long time.

Liked: Rooms had coffee, microwave and refrigerator. Rare anymore.
Disliked: No restaurant or bar.

Pleasant and helpful staff! Enjoyable stay; pleasant atmosphere; clean hotel and clean room. Conveniently located near SunTrust Park and the Cumberland Mall area. When visiting Atlanta will stay here again!

Disliked: Did not care for the scrambled eggs at breakfast.

Liked: There was a long built-in table top in which we placed our suitcases on. I've never seen another hotel room with that before.
Disliked: Breakfast sucked! Barely counted as continental. No fruit or yogurt. No eggs - hardboiled or otherwise. No cereal. Pancake batter was out.

Disliked: The gent who checked me in was a bit brisk with me, but down right rude to another guest who was checking in. Last year I experienced the same. He was very rude to a guest checking in. So this appears to be his norm. The first morning we went down for breakfast and the coffee was full of grounds, so I tried the 2nd carafe. It was colored water. the OJ tasted watered down, and the choices for breakfast were minimal. No yogurt, no eggs of any kind. As a person who is GF just sausage for breakfast was a disappointment. The next morning, there did appear to be eggs, but they were used up fast and then there was no more coming . So if you weren’t one of the first people down for breakfast, you were out of luck. I’ve stayed at other LaQuintas many times in the past and had very good experiences. But this hotel seems to be consistent in its down hill slide. Never again.

Other than the crappy guy...

Liked: The first night we had an older gentleman with glasses that flat out sucked. There was a table turned over in the pool area and he refused to open it and was super rude. The next day the two ladies working set the tables up themselves and opened the pool for us right away!!!
Disliked: The staff the first night was terrible. The lady for the shuttle to the Braves stadium didn’t answer the first night, which resulted in having to drive and pay $40 for parking. However, she answered the second night and she was a delight!
