Liked: Location, and had nice amenities

Liked: No one told us they were remodeling, hot tub and showers not up running. Cleaning in room could be better. Staff friendly, didn't know we has to put $75 deposit for each room. Hopefully they return the money. Was warm in room. No screen on window
Disliked: Breakfast was great! Like the security for rooms and motel

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Though the pool room was warm, the pool itself was pretty cold... I thought my kid was just being a baby about it but, when I got in was colder than I would have liked. It was clean and an otherwise an awesome stay.

A bit outdated but still...

Liked: Clean. Friendly staff. Interesting vibe. Neat lobby. Large breakfast. Easy access to multiple restaurants. Texas Roadhouse and Applebee's less than a stone throw from main entrance. Funset BLVD on otherside of parking lot which was a big hit with a 6 and 10 year old. Very affordable. Wifi. Smart TVs. Definitely on the shortlist for Appleton.
Disliked: Older hotel with some older furnishings. Some wear and tear to match. Mini arcade could use more attention to maintenance (multiple machines overfilled with quarters and essentially unusable) and needs an easier way to obtain quarters in arcade. Even though I consider it an eventual plus there does seem to be some rolling renovations in an attempt to bring things up to date. We weren't affected very much but are aware it could be a very negative experience at the wrong time.
