The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. The location was just right. We found a gem of a property in Manhattan. We are so looking forward to our next trip to NY.

Disliked: Was not made aware that the breakfast room was closed when booking the reservation.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything! The beds were memory foam and so comfortable! Our room seemed newly remodeled. The room was a bit small but we didn't care - just needed it to sleep and shower! The staff was friendly and helpful. The valet guy could have been a little more friendly but our car got to the parking garage and that's all we needed! The parking garage is right across the street so that was very convenient. We had a great stay!

Liked: Location is perfect!! Rooms were cleaned every day so huge plus for that. Stuff was friendly. Also, we found out last day there was coffee station and water in hotel we could use for free. I would definitly stay again here.
Disliked: Furniture is bit dated but it is ok for location and price. Also the view from room was not spectacular.I didn't get refund for damage deposit, 92 usd, although it is 12 days since we left hotel.
