Liked: I wasn't even able to pay for my room with the card I provided. And the staff was very disrespectful and dirty looking
Disliked: I had to go searching for a hotel and pray my son got enough rest for his STAAR Exams scheduled for 8am we arrived around 10pm as we traveled 2 hours to get there after a full day of regular job and school duties at home.

Lots of space for improvement.

Liked: The location is unmatched. Check-in is hassle free. The room I was given was clean for the most part, smelled clean and had a great temperature.
Disliked: The attention to details. The coffeemaker was inoperative (and dirty), and so did the free wifi. I even called the front desk to inquire and was shut down with a "yes, it does" to my "wifi isn't working". Was assured someone would "check it" and never did. They just couldn't care less about my request. And at 630 in the morning there was already no coffee at breakfast. What?!? That's breakfast 101!!!

Would never go back.

Liked: The front desk staff was helpful.
Disliked: It was very dirty! The floors were filthy and had muddy boot prints , there were flying insects all over the sink, the walls and floors looked like they hadn’t been scrubbed in a while. The location is noisy right by the highway. The breakfast consisted of an apple and juice- nothing left at 7:30. I would not recommend it!
