We are looking forward to coming back to the area and will definitely stay here. It was convenient to England Bros Park.
Liked: The staff was the best (especially Joyce, who went out of her way to help us with taxis, suggestions on places to go and things to do. Anything we needed, she got for us). The room was clean, the hotel was nice. The coffee was good and there was a good selection of breakfast items.

Liked: There is nothing I liked about the hotel
Disliked: It was full of drug addicts. It wasn’t clean, clean a lot of things that could’ve been a lot better.

Hotel is fine, how you...
Liked: The hotel itself is fantastic. The reason for the low score overall comes from having to deal with cash app and cash apps ridiculous hold on your security deposit. They literally hold your deposit money for 30 days, literally a month, after it's released by the hotel. Good on the hotel for not holding your money.
Disliked: The fact that using cash app to book, due to my own ignorance, results in the holding your money from you for 30 days. I'd urge the hotel itself to question whether or not they wanted to continue a partnership with a skeezy company that holds money hostage. It reflects poorly.

Liked: The price
Disliked: It was extremely dirty… I had to pay a deposit, after I paid for the room in full! The TVs didn’t work. And so much more!We had issues with the tv and when the desk guy couldn’t fix it he got us another room. While we were packing everything up we couldn’t fine an earring so we had to pull back the blankets and the bed had a dark dark brown stain on it. It looked like blood to me. We took pictures! So when we moved rooms we checked the beds before we laid down and sure enough that bed was stained up also! So gross! Then we tried to get the tv to turn on we couldn’t find the remote. We tried calling the front desk numerous time with no luck, so we just sat on our phones. Very frustrating and unsatisfying! I will be contacting corporate!

Liked: Room was not what i ask for. And when leaving to get refund to go to different motel that had handy cap room the people behind the counter charged my card twice more instead of refunding my money locking it up for 3 days till they could put it back on my card making the rest of my trip very stressful
