La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Lackland

Disliked: This place has obviously had more deferred maintenance than TX roads. It was mostly clean; one pool inoperative and most of the property has last seen an upgrade back in the 80's.

Liked: The lady working the front desk was really nice and understanding.
Disliked: We had to leave upon arriving because the room was not clean. There were stains and holes in the blankets. They're was hair on top and under the sheets. Plus the pictures of the outside and inside were not as depicted online. I haven't even received my refund yet.

Liked: The beds and room were clean. Location was good for us.
Disliked: The TV was brand new but we nor the front office person could get it to work so we were bummed about that.

Disliked: Homelessness, the rooms were very outdated.

Liked: I didn't like the fact that I left my firearm in the room by mistake ,and by the time I realized I had left it room had bee cleaned and housekeeper swears she didn't find anything ,when I know for a fact it wasn't in room. They did not return my gun ,nor did I get a call from the Manager addressing the situation that had happend.,seems like they didn't care about my concern. Will not be staying again and also will be letting family and friends know not to stay here because God forbid you leave a item behind in the room it will NOT be returned to you.
