Airport Shuttle Convenience

Liked: Shuttle and early breakfast were perfect for our 7 AM flight! The beds were comfy and the staff were very welcoming.
Disliked: Water pressure in the showers could be improved.

Great stay for airport access.

Liked: Staff was excellent. Coffee always available which is great. Even fruit available early morning. Shuttle for airport on time. Great place for airport access.
Disliked: Hotel could use a little updating and repair.

Not suggesting to others

Liked: Location and front desk help when we checked in
Disliked: Shower drain was plugged with plastic customers hair so it didn't drain(i cleaned so that i could.shower and make our dinner reservations) The tub was soap residue stained . The toilet seat was old and stained. The 2 system TV system didn't work and when we called the front desk they didn't know how to help so I un plugged the complete system myself and reset it at which time we were able to get some of it to work. The bed spring was broke and squeaked every time we went to bed.

Convenient place to stay when...

Liked: We liked the shuttle service to the airport and leaving our car at hotel during our travel. This makes it easier than parking at airport.

Disappointing

Disliked: It really is not their fault. A storm came thru and knocked out power to the hotel. It was still off the next morning when I left. They need some kind of back up lights or something in this type of situation. It was so dark in the hallways you literally could not see anything.
