If the room would have...

Liked: Besides that, the bed and pillow were comfy, location to airport was good, I thought the grounds were nice
Disliked: The room had not been cleaned. No hygiene products were in the shower/bathroom. The shadey people that were around.

It was terrible.

Liked: Location good to get to the airport even though the shuttle wasn't running.
Disliked: A clean room would have been nice. Had to change from the 1st room because it smelled like cigarette smoke in a non smoking hotel. The next room had sticky dirty tables. The bathroom floor was dirty with dirt and hair and a hair tie on the floorThis is the 3rd time I've left a review, and no response.

Horrible

Liked: The location was nice. Lots of restaurants around the area and a mall not too far from the hotel.
Disliked: We checked in and about two hours later two strangers walked into our hotel room meaning anybody could walk in. The floor was filthy the toilet was nasty. No microwave or fridge in the room. The place did not look clean. Luckily we were only staying to kill time for the airport.

Liked: Clean room
Disliked: Entrance mat was old and worn. Also told desk staff that I was waiting for the shuttle when I checked out. The shuttle never came, and I went to inquire about it and the desk staff said it wouldn’t be coming. I was advised to call taxi service so I did. After another 20 minute wait they never showed. I called them back and waited more and still the taxi never showed. I called Uber and I had a ride in five minutes However, I arrived at the airport one hour later than I wanted to, and barely caught my plane Don’t recommend the taxi service. And if you know the shuttle won’t be coming, please let me know rather than having me having to ask you. Won’t recommend hotel.

Will not come back

Liked: Airport close, decent breakfast. AC worked well
Disliked: Someone was occupying our room when we opened the door, Hot water handle in shower broken. Stopper in bathroom sink not functioning. Communication not great.

Liked: The location and staff
Disliked: The agent and condition. Feet were dirty, after walking across the carpet. The sheet sheets on the bed with the wrong size. Icemaker on our floor, not working and had to go clear back down to the lobby. No snack vending on our floor as promised.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Disliked: Where do you start. Staff wasn't really friendly. Asked for shuttle to airport didn't start till 8am even though website stated 5am. Room door didn't lock it had chain for a lock. Should have been out first clue. Asked for pool towels said they didn't have any at the time but would bring them. Never showed up. Room floor was dirty. Kid took shower and after they walked around in socks, floor was soo dirty turn the bottoms black! After a long day of driving and unwinding at the pool which wasn't great get ready to get into bed and there was hairs in the bed and not ours. At this time it was 11pm and had to get up early to caught a flight. We all slept in one full bed that was a least the cleanest out of the 2. So no sleep really. 3 people in a full bed. I will never stay there again. I would pay a little more to go to cleaner hotel. This place sure has ran down since the last time I stayed there. I will be staying at another hotel. Don't waste your money go somewhere else. Then we I checked out told them and the staff was like oh well not my problem.
