OK stay. Please deal with the cockroach issue.

Liked: Service was good.
Disliked: Unfortunately went into bathroom and there were cockroaches. Also the shower handle wouldn't stay in place and kept moving on it's own.

Disliked: Breakfast was grab and go. They were renovaring the breakfast area so it was not that easy to eat in the room

Clean room, Facilities Disappointing

Liked: Staff were very polite and helpful - when I called late at night because our flight was delayed the young man I spoke to was incredibly helpful. Room was clean with some updates, specifically in the bathroom. Pool was acceptable and clean, but not fancy.
Disliked: Facilities were under construction and the entire front lobby was closed down - construction materials everywhere. Entrance was at the side of the building where we walked in and there was a single person sitting in a hotel room behind a small desk. Hallway smelled of mildew - and other things. Water pressure in the shower was pretty bad. Parking was limited when we arrived late at night because there were huge storage containers taking up multiple parking spaces all around the building. Icemaker on the first floor was broken. The free breakfast was honestly terrible. It was set up as a grab and go in an old hotel room with things packed up ahead of time - food was either soggy, cold, or inedible. No hot coffee, you had to brew in the tiny coffee maker in the room. If you simply need a place to lay your head so you can go to Disney during the day and only plan to sleep there, I’m sure it would be fine. But honestly, they really need to do something about the whole lobby, breakfast and parking situation.

Liked: The staff was great and even though they were in the middle of a renovation everything was comfortable and amenities were still avail..
Disliked: That one section of the hotel on both floors smelled really bad like Marijuana despite it being a non smoking hotel. I even smelled cigarette smoke in the hallways at one pont.

Liked: The place is ok if your on a budget, Personally I won't be staying here again. The place in the middle of renovation which is needed but this wasn't mentioned in any email or messages prior to my visit otherwise I wouldn't have booked this place. There is breakfast that they give you as a take away as there is no breakfast area or lobby or no mini market some of things advertised is available. I was in a newly renovated bedroom which was good. If you are looking to do laundry you will need loads of change as the staff couldn't give me change I went around different shops to get quarters to get laundry done. It is close to universal, walking distance if you don't want to do buses. There is plenty of shops food areas within walking distance. The staff seemed polite but I didn't really have any interaction with them. Nothin majorly wrong with the place but not my cup of tea, with the lack of facilities and no warning about it before booking.
