Liked: Front desk girl was nice
Disliked: The room we got was in use dirty and the bed was not made and there was food The second room was not in use but it easily dirty the sink is white and it had black spots I thought they couldn’t be cleaned but when I wiped them they came right off. Tv would not load.

Terrible

Disliked: Booked online and couldn’t find my reservation under my name or reservation number. Had to call manager and they said i was already checked in. Hmm?Was mold on ceiling and surrounding walls in bathroom. Cigarette marks on bathtub. Bugs in both beds. Fridge didn't work. Not enough parking.

Bad

Liked: Horrible customer service. My room was NOT serviced THREE of the five nights I stayed, and the front counter staff could not tell me why. The hotel key system was so deficient that one had to go to the front desk each time one left the room because the key would no longer work! I had to be moved to a different room after the first night because the room a/c system was not functional, and maintenance did not respond, despite many calls. HORRIBLE hotel experience! I should get a refund or a credit!!
