Liked: Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Large table to work/eat.
Disliked: Room reeked of stale smoke - did not know I got a "smoking room". Traffic outside was loud. Not enough plugs to accommodate all phones, computers, Ipads, electronics that need charging overnight.

Bed bugs.

Liked: The room seemed nice in appearance and the staff was friendly. The price of everything has gone up but this was somewhat affordable in comparison to others. We had to leave our apartment for repairs and had no place to go with two cats, so I was relieved to find a place that was pet friendly.
Disliked: There were bed bugs. I have really bad reactions to them, so I slept in the car after the first line of bites. My son slept in a chair at the desk. My husband was too tired to worry about it and slept on the bed. However, the mattresses are super hard and my husband has been in pain since that night. The side of the mattress felt like wood. They said the manager would call but they never did.
