La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Palm Beach Airport

Clean and cozy rooms. Our stay was nice and the location of the hotel is great. Close to basically everything.

Disliked: The beginning of our day was OK. The young lady who checked us and was very polite and she was nice however towards the end of our stay which was the next day, we were woken up by a phone call from a young man in the front desk yelling at us telling us that we should be out by 11 if not, we need to come down and pay $50 right now, although we spoke to a young man the night before to let him know that we were going to do a late check out. He did tell us he will be $50 and we agreed to pay the $50 however we were woken up by a phone call yelling at us telling us that we better come down to pay the $50 immediately my husband and I was very upset. No, we will not be coming back to stay at that property because I was a terrible experience over $50. that we paid before we left.

Liked: Close to airport. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Old and rundown. Needs updating. No hot water in shower.

Comfortable and suited our needs.

Liked: Property and room were well kept. Breakfast had all we needed.
Disliked: The luggage rack was broken and unusable. The extra chair in the room was rickety. I could see the dowels that hold it together. It was not safe to sit in. I did report these two things to the desk.
