Quiet and comfortable.

Liked: It was close to the places that I needed to go to…and easy to drive back to.
Disliked: Nothing that I could think of.

Disappointed that Housekeeping was not...

Disliked: Asked desk agent in the morning to have Housekeeping tidy up our room (201). Upon return at 7:00 pm, the room was as we left it including in need of towels.

Liked: The lobby was gorgeous and the furnishings beautiful
Disliked: The only negative, guests need to be reminded to dry off before exiting the pool area There was significant water inside and outside the elevators on the night we were there.

Liked: breakfast - excellent, room was clean, water pressure in the shower was poor, the door in the bathroom was damaged. Otherwise the bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly and professional.
Disliked: it is quite a bit out of the way.

Superb

Liked: The pool was pretty dirty, everything else was great, staff is friendly, Cassie is amazing! Breakfast was good, too.

Terrible stay.

Liked: When we first stepped in to the hotel it smelled bad of chemicals. When we went to the pool it was green. On the door it was posted that it was cleand just earleyer that day. It smelled very strong of chemicals and the pool had a rather thick layer of slime on edges. All of the metal in the room vere very thick with rust. The shower in the pool area didnt have any soap in the dispenser so i wasnt able to rince off propaley witch made my skin get very red and burning feeling aferwords.there were only a couple of clean towles. And our rooms had a musty smell. I didnt even feel comfortable takeing a bath in my room because our bathtub was swimy to the touch. I stayed here a year and a half ago and it was amazing and cleane that is why we decited to come back. BIG CHANGE!
