The 24-hour vacation

Liked: First, the location was great! Right in the middle of prime time. Parking across the street was key but, of course, a bit expensive, but you are in NY. Second, We met The GM Alex.R first at the front desk. Alex was the man! Very accommodating and informative, we enjoyed his energy. Third, the room and the entire facility were small and super personal, but extremely clean, a big plus. Enjoyed their continental breakfast and complimentary cookies. And lastly, which was a surprise and a great convenience after checking out they offered to hold our luggage (no charge) while we continued to enjoy the city before we left. Overall, 5 star from us. Would return again.
Disliked: My only complaint, if any, would be that we had to leave the building in order to smoke. It was ok but felt uncomfortable. I like the fact that the facility is smoke-free, but a rooftop patio would be awesome.

Liked: The staff and location.
Disliked: The breakfast was good but the room was too small for the size of the hotel. Disposable cutlery and crockery was in use as well which is very wasteful.
