Good value for money and...
Liked: Location, comfortable room and bed, breakfast included
Disliked: The breakfast was quite limited, we stayed for a week and it was quite same thing every day. Was ok, but average and no vegetables

A couple for one week...
Liked: The location is excellent in the midtown. Not far at all from main attractions.
Disliked: Three things:1- The small fridge made noise at a frequency that makes unconfortable sleep.2- I paid full price (room + taxes) via Booking before traveling. However, the hotel told me Booking transferred only the amount of the room but not the taxes. The hotel charged me the taxes (twice). Still in discussion to be resolved. But, the bad thing was the agressive manner of one of the hotel staff when I claimed it (the rest of the staff was amazing).3- The room for breakfast is small. We had breakfast at 7:30hs since otherwise it was almost impossible to find place.

pay close attention to using...
Liked: The bed at the hotel was comfortable, and the location is really good. The hotel is also very clean, which is a big plus. The staff at breakfast are friendly. At the reception, they offer free coffee, water, and tea.
Disliked: I found the price of the accommodation way too high for what they offered. The breakfast was very basic, and the space for it was tiny — it only fits about 10 people seated. It was really humiliating having to stand and wait. The front desk staff were not friendly and didn’t solve any problems.We had a lot of issues with the payment — they charged incorrect amounts, even double charges, and couldn’t explain why or process a refund. It was a very stressful situation. Once they had access to my credit card, they made several incorrect charges and didn’t even apologize. They just kept telling us to contact the credit card company, saying there was nothing else they could do — even though the mistakes were entirely on their end.
