Disliked: Unforforunately for the number of guests the hotel hosts, there is not enough space in their breakfast area.People either stood or had to take their breakfast away to their rooms.The hotel did not provide the normal English breakfast that other hotels offer.Poor breakfast overall

Disliked: Whoever thought it was a good idea to have just 20 seats in the breakfast area for a hotel with over 20 floors should seriously reconsider their career. It’s completely impractical and shows poor planning.As for the staff, they should not be allowed to manage credit card preauthorisations. I was charged twice for the deposit, and on top of that, I ended up with an unexplained $70 final charge.What made it worse was the attitude, no one ever apologised for the mistake. Instead of acknowledging the error, the staff acted like I was inconveniencing them. A simple “sorry we refunded you ” would’ve gone a long way, but apparently that was too much to ask.To top it off, I was never provided an invoice for the reservation. I had to explain to the staff that I had already prepaid everything.
