Disliked: Thin walls, very loud neighbor and I didn’t get any sleep

Overall it was decent

Liked: The breakfast was ok, could've been better but the room was clean and tidy. The staff was great. The pool could use more shade.
Disliked: The breakfast and pool needs more shade and better tables.

Disliked: Nauseating chemical smell on the whole floor and in our room.

Disliked: We had roaches in our room my husband was drinking coffee and a roach crawled out of his cup so sick I did notify the front desk and she did nothing about the situation she was actually rude to us when I arrived at my house there was a roach in my bag I fumigate my home because roaches are sick and dirty and I am a clean person and don’t want or need them in my home for what I paid for the hotel I expected so much more so much more for my money for my experience I would have stayed at motel 6 don’t you think I will except something to be done about this situation please I paid 125 dollars I work hard for my money and when I stay somewhere I expect it to be clean and sanitary like the post says and what your recommendation says please let me know what will be done about this situation thank you Jo Nell Salinas
