I booked this hotel almost at the last minute and I am glad we stayed at La Quinta. Rooms were cleaned and smell good. WiFi and free parking were a big plus and on top of all these great things we got free breakfast too. We'll definitely come back to this hotel.

Liked: Breakfast was great and believe it or not my fiance and I actually had a wonderful day the first day, which was the ninth; such a good time, in fact, we decided to book two extra days! Well..,that evidently was our mistake although not at all because of the fault of the hotel itself for we immensely enjoyed our break from the hectic norm of both of our work lives ..it was so peaceful the first day, the employees were attentive and kind, breakfast the next morning surprisingly good! Hence; the booking of two more days after we ate. That's unfortunately where the good time ended.
Disliked: We could have been treated with a bit more dignity and respect by the employees working on the 10th and 11th of March. We instead were treated as if we had done something wrong(which we didnt); wrongfully accused of that which was done to us (i.e. we were robbed by either the maids or another guest, as we returned from touring the city for a mere few HOURS to find our hotel door not only unlocked but propped open, the door that we are absolutely positive we didn't leave unlocked....) Then as if to top it all off, as if this were not bad enough, then we were forced to leave by the hotel manager on the 10th/11th (as it was 1am by this time) when we tried to talk to the night manager about these atrocities not only were they not addressed, but instead we were told to leave without even so much as a refund for the day we didn't get to stay. Now we try and be very understanding and fair to all people as a rule of thumb....but this is an outrage I cannot just let go. We have tried to bring it up to management a few times since only to end up playing phone tag with different people and eventually hung up on. As if we didn't matter at all! Now...surely, I do hope something can be done about this in a fairly quick manner so that we may continue to visit other hotels of yours in the future without so much dismay as we currently have?? Wonderful
Liked: It was very accessible to the prometric center where we took our exam just a 15-20 min walk. The place was very neat, quiet, the room was cozy and the bed very nice. The staffs were very accomodating and very professional
