No friendly staff

Liked: Check in was easy and breakfast was delicious
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable, sunk in, needs to upgrade. The bath tub was very slippery and clogged. There was quite a bit of water in the elevator, when I went to let the janitor know, he was rude and refused to hear me out, just brushed me off and kept walking. I will NOT be staying there again.

Liked: We liked the room, quiet during the night. One light near the bed did not work, even putting a bulb in the socket.The breakfast offering was good, waffle which were made by me. eggs and fried potatoes. Juices and other amenities were good.Staff was very good, responsive and taking time to answer questions.Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Would have liked a shower bar to hold onto while taking a shower and getting out of the tub. We are very senior people, we have balancing problems and have to be very careful not to fall. Maybe have 3-6 rooms for seniors with the shower bars being available.Bottom of tub was very slippery. Some coating could make the surface more amendable. Would have liked a shower/bath for when coming out of the tub. Used a towel which for some people may present a danger of tripping.

Disliked: It was old, not very clean, hallway smelled very badly like cat urine. Door locks were replaced but all the old holes were left. Cobwebs on the ceiling, patio doors didn’t lock.

Liked: The staff were great.
Disliked: Everything else minus the staff was awful. I don't know why this place was listed as a three star hotel when both of the rooms we stayed in smelled like the wrong end of a daycare slash retirement home. This place needs a serious remodel and upgrade. Not worth the price at all we left the second we got enough sleep to just keep driving.
