Disappointing

Liked: Proximity to Cal Poly Pomona
Disliked: Many stains on bathroom walls near toilet (body fluid?). Inconsistent water temperature in shower - from scalding hot to cold with just a slight adjustment of the knob.

Liked: Frequent this location for the friendly staff, cleanliness of rooms, comfy beds/pillows & free breakfast

Liked: The breakfast was good, parking was great, some of the staff was good, great location.
Disliked: Staff needs to be more clear on Dog policy and understand dogs do bark when there are other people being disruptive in the building.The shower water didn’t want to go down the drain because it was full of hair that I cleaned out.

Liked: Convenient location, easy to get to, located near where I needed to be, and located near conveniences. Great staff, no problem with my late night checkin. Great price.
Disliked: You can hear the highway on that side of the building and you can hear anything that happens in the hallway. But in the grand scheme these are tradeoffs worth it for the location and price.
