Wonderful service and accommodation. Already...

Liked: Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing with any little request or question.
Disliked: We stayed 4 days ans the maid service only came once and that was at my request. The problem is they didn't even empty the trash which led to a LOT of ants in our bathroom and by trash cans.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, although it could have been kept warmer. Staff was very friendly
Disliked: We booked a double (2 queens), there were none ready when we booked in (around midnight). We had to take a suite (King/sofa bed) and the sofa bed was very bad to sleep on (thin spring mattress), plus I found the tall mattress bed very uncomfortable. Also there was no soap and/or shampoos when we arrived, nor sheets and pillows for the sofa bad, and during our stay there was no housekeeping so we were left to ourselves to track down daily supplies and towels

Disliked: To start out...there was only one young lady working at the whole establishment. We waited 20 minutes to be greeted. We arrived about 5:10. 5:30 we were told to come back in an hour or so. We returned about 2 hrs later and waited another 25 minutes for someone to show up. Young lady said she had a room for us. After a long trip to get there, I couldn't wait to get in bed. I checked out enough bed to climb into. After waking up and showering, my wife was alarmed as I was getting out of shower. There was blood smeared on the sheets. This was a nightmare visit.
