Liked: Location. Room was spacious.
Disliked: Water in bathroom seeping up through the flooring from the sub floor. Bathroom was nasty in general

Liked: The rooms were nice and clean. Room was ready when we got there.
Disliked: The pool was closed the time we were there. Breakfast was good but they were out of a few things.

Disliked: After paying in full when I arrived on the property I was asked to put down a $50 deposit

Liked: Breakfast was mediocre at best
Disliked: Place was filthy I know they were booked solid the night before but it was no acceptable. Place had construction too and debris all over the packed parking lot.

Liked: The location was ideal for a trip downtown. The hotel has had some really great renovations in the last couple of years and the decor is good!
Disliked: Both rooms looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed well. There was bits of debris on the floor. Also, they were a little understaffed. There were several events in town and the hotel was fully booked. The shower was also leaking, still worked but definitely needs an update.

Disliked: Bathroom was not cleaned, toilet broken, blow dryer broken. Most outlets did not work. Check in process was rough

Very good

Liked: I made the reservation in advance and let the property know when we should have arrived. When we got there, I was told we might have to wait 45 min. for our room. I was pleasantly surprised when the sweet young lady working at the desk informed me that our room would be ready in 3 minutes. We had been on the road all day and wanted a few minutes before heading to the DCI finals at the Lucas Oil Stadium. Getting us our room quickly made all the difference. Thank you. I'm sorry I did not get names, but ALL of the staff I encountered during our stay were friendly, helpful, and polite. I'm from the south, so that is saying a lot. Well done, La Quinta Indianapolis South.

Uncomfortable

Liked: The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The pool was nice. I also like the new scented body wash and soaps. The brown sugar and fig scent smells really good.
Disliked: I've been here several times now, and normally my boyfriend and I always have a good experience. However, that wasn't the case this time. I don't know what was going on but the whole 5th floor was being super loud! Everybody was slamming doors for some reason! And we felt like we couldn't really complain, cuz it wasn't just one room in particular. There was also loud laughing and clapping noises. This started around 11:00 p.m. and was still going on in the morning. We barely slept.
