Liked: The dining area was nice and clean. The room was clean but the beds were small. The beds seemed more of full size mattresses instead of queen sizes. Room was small. Hotel is quiet. Grounds are clean and well kept. Breakfast was decent. Staff was professional and friendly and quick.Elevator hasn’t worked for months.
Disliked: Elevator doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for months. Beds were small, room small.

Liked: Great location, it is next to the freeway close to a lot of stores to do shopping. customer service is ok, 10 min to get to downtown, the price is really good.
Disliked: When we got there our room was not clean, they did not do the room before we checked in, we had to ask for another one. I think that was a miscommunication between the employees, but they gave us a new room with no problems,BTW the elevator was not working.

Disliked: Only elevator was broken, stair wells were hot, dirty and smelled like smoke. Our room also wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. The shower & bathroom walls/spaces weren’t cleaned.

Disliked: Hotel was an absolute disappointment from the moment I walked in. The entire place smells like urine, the carpets and furniture are stained and disgusting, and there are roaches in the room. This place clearly hasn’t been cleaned or maintained properly in a long time. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone — spend your money elsewhere. I regret booking here. Definitely the worst hotel stay that I have ever experienced
