Very pleasant stay and would...

Liked: The motel staff was very friendly. I needed milk to take some medication and there was none in their little store but the receptionist went and got me some from the kitchen area. The room was roomy, bed was very comfortable and clean, there was plenty of hot water and lots of water pressure. The place was clean! Breakfast was a full breakfast and very tasty. Just needed bacon as an option with the sausage.
Disliked: My only issue was that I was on the 2nd floor and the people above me must have had kids romping around and playing which was fairly loud. But after 10pm it got quiet and everything was good.

Disliked: Third party with booking.com we prepaid ahead with them but when got to hotel Peter property manager said he ran the card and it declined. But we were charged from our bank since it was prepaid online. Spoke with both party and they are blaming one another. We ended up getting charged twice had to pay with a second card, Peter was nice he said he’ll talk to booking.com to get us refunded. I hope we do get it.

All in all a good...

Liked: Breakfast is ok, like most in that price range. Scrambled egg substitute, sausage, biscuits and gravy, diy waffles. Very clean though and they never ran out of anything. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, with the exception of the last 2 nights when several rooms kept their doors open. Even then it wasn’t too noisy. Beds were comfortable, maybe a little soft for our longer stay but great for a few nights. Good bedding and pillows. Housekeeping does a good job
Disliked: All was great until the last 2 days. Many workers were staying there later in the week and would start cooking around 9-10 at night. Several had room doors propped open and all the food smells seeped in under our door. It would smell for a few hours. Wouldn’t have really minded earlier in the day (might have wanted some!) but late at night is a problem and it really lingered even into the next day. We didn’t complain about it because we thought it was a one-time thing and were too tired by that time at night to move rooms. I’m sure they would’ve accommodated us though. Bathroom lighting needs to be better in all rooms and there was no full length mirror. 1st room we had smelled like dog and bathroom light (which is a mirror) was half out but they had no problem moving us to another room
